Maximum Weight: 130 kg
Minimum Height: 90 cm. Children below 90 cm should be under adult (18+) supervision.
Maximum Height: 125 cm

What to Bring?

A printed or digital copy of your booked admission ticket.
Valid Emirates ID or passport for ticket verification upon entry.
Most of the shops and eateries inside the theme park accept cards, but still carry cash ( AED-100) for emergency situations.
A portable power bank is recommended in case your device runs out of battery.
Wear comfortable shoes, and keep a small backpack to keep your items in place.

What Not To Bring?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed, as several eateries are available inside the theme park.
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the park.
It is advisable to avoid sharp objects such as knives or other tools inside the theme park.
Tripods, monopods, and other professional tools are not allowed.
Cigarettes or any other smoking device, like vapes, e-cigarettes, are allowed only in the designated areas.

Storage lockers in small, large, and jumbo sizes are available at the entrance.
Free parking is available, and valet parking is also available at an additional cost of 100 AED.
First Aid facility is available in the Lost World zone of the IMG.
Restrooms are available across 5 zones. Each has a diaper changing facility and feeding rooms.

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The whole experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Strollers are available to rent in single and double sizes.

Park Rules and Other Important Points of Consideration

Specially abled guests shall have to provide proof that will allow the entry of a helper for free.
Discounts are offered when the various attractions are combined into a single package. No discount is offered on individual rides.
Availability of any ride may vary day by day.
If the park is filled during the Eid holidays, guests are requested to come the next day.
Park ride and restrictions are determined by height, and every ride has its own separate requirements.

Tips for Visitors of IMG World of Adventure

Guests are picked up only from their Dubai hotels/residences and not the airport.
Pick-up from any location other than the Dubai hotel/residence shall be arranged at an additional charge.

The pickup or drop-off times may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the traffic.
