  • Lennox: He is the smartest in the group. Building meaningful relationships and climbing high in the hierarchy ladder are his favourites. Though he loves to spend time by himself as well.
  • Alice: She is the most gentle and patient dolphin in the group. Alice balances her time socially and personally. Though she is very well-behaved, she also has her fussy times.

Dolphin Encounter Experience Rules

  • You need to use the dolphin encounter experience on the same day of the waterpark visit.
  • Children aged below 12 years should be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • This attraction in Dubai is open every day, barring exceptional days.
  • The language of instructions is only English.
  • The duration of this experience is a total of 1 hour, 30 minutes of instructions and 30 minutes of swimming.
  • Make sure that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the allotted time. 
  • If you arrive 10-15 minutes after the allotted time, it will be taken as a no-show. 
  • Per pod, only 10 participants are allowed. 
  • Swimming with the dolphins isn’t wheelchair accessible.
  • Photography is not included in the Dolphin encounter. However, you can opt for it while getting the tickets. 
  • Even if you aren’t a confident swimmer, you may still meet and play with the dolphins in a shallow water pool that has only waist-high water.
  • Non-swimmers are therefore not denied the fun of enjoying the company of the friendly dolphins.
  • This activity is done in shallow waters. So make sure that you enter the pool feet first. Diving is not allowed anywhere
  • Women who are pregnant and those with back problems should not opt for this adventure.
  • The instructor has the right to reject any participants if they think they are unfit for the activity.
