Timing Recommendation

Peak Hours: The peak hours to visit Burj Khalifa are in the evening (4 PM to 6 PM). It is during this time that you will get a chance to witness the stunning views of the sunset. If you don’t mind the crowd, then this is the best time for you to visit Burj Khalifa.
Non-peak hours: The non-peak hours are in the early morning and afternoon. During this time, you will find almost no crowd, as people prefer visiting in the evening.

Burj Khalifa Visitor Rules

A valid ticket is required for entry. Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your time slot.
All visitors must pass through security checks. Large bags or luggage are not allowed, but you can use the storage counter at Dubai Mall.
Items such as sharp objects, lighters, glass bottles, outside food and drinks, or spray paints are not permitted.
You can take photos with your phone or personal camera, but tripods, drones, and professional equipment are not allowed without prior approval.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and on the observation decks.
For your safety, do not lean on or climb over the railings. Running or pushing is not allowed.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, but refreshments are available inside.
Restrooms are located before and after the observation deck area; there are no toilets on the top floors.
The attraction is fully wheelchair accessible, and strollers for young children are allowed.
Tickets are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
